Two of these concepts play with folding to a smaller size. The third is unfolded, which is what the client expected when she asked for placements. This concept folded twice, revealing new information each time it unfolded. After the first fold, members could see the traditional revenue cycle as they were familiar with it. Hiding the right side, the patient’s perspective, symbolized their blind spot since that perspective was rarely considered.
